We believe in fostering the development of highly-skilled knowledge workers needed to drive success in today’s business world. We work with businesses and higher educational institutions to facilitate a professional work environment for recent graduates. Through this apprenticeship program we are able to help businesses hire recent graduates to supplement their workforce at a reduced cost.

Recent graduates of Pennsylvania colleges and universities and post-secondary technical schools are eligible for our apprenticeship program. Positions MUST be at least 95:% IT-related.  Sales, manual labor, and clerical positions will not likely qualify.  Graduates that have typically qualified have been in the following fields, although those with the right skill-set will be considered.

• Information Technology (IT)
• Engineering (EE,SE, and CompE)
• E-marketing/E-commerce
• Business Intelligence

For Businesses

You may be wondering how hiring an apprentice can help your business. Recent graduates can bring enthusiasm, energy and new ideas to any business at a reduced cost.

Apprentices can also become highly-skilled, full-time employees. In fact, participating businesses are encouraged to consider the apprentice for hire upon completion of an apprenticeship.

The duration of apprentice positions is generally six months at 40 hours per week.
