We recognize the difficulty many start-ups and even established businesses face financing new product development. eBizITPA provides limited grant funding for Pennsylvania-based businesses to assist with the incubation of new advanced technology products through market research, prototyping and beta testing assistance.

Grant funding and project assistance is on a competitive, first come, first serve basis. All grants are matching, reimbursement grants. Project applications must show technical relevance and innovation.
