ERIE, PA (April 14, 2010) --- The Center for eBusiness and Advanced IT (eBizITPA) is proud to announce that Julia Eagles has joined the Center’s full-time staff as the grants writer/researcher for the entire center.  Julia began the position on Tuesday, April 6, 2010.

“Julia is sure to be a valuable addition to our staff here at eBizITPA, the knowledge and experience that she brings to the center will increase our funding efforts tremendously,” said Ron May, Executive Director for eBizITPA.

As the former grant writer/administrator for the Erie Port Authority, Julia was responsible for administering over $16,000,000 in grants totaling 42 applications.  Julia served as a Naval Officer on exchange in the Royal Navy in England for three years, and was the Administration Officer Department Head for AirWing4 in Corpus Christi, Texas.  Julia received her Bachelor of Science in mathematics at Iowa State University and her Master’s of Science in parks and resources management from Slippery Rock University.
