Q: Who should take these classes?
A: eBizITPA's training offerings are centered on business process knowledge,
and are valuable to decision makers and individuals involved in key business
processes including purchasing, sales, marketing, and finance. An IT background
is not required, as the subject matter is far more strategic than technical.

Q: How do I pay for classes?
A: Register online with credit card, or print the

Q: Where will classes be held?
A: Classes will be held at the Center in Knowledge Park, Erie PA. Address
information and driving directions can be found by clicking on "Contact Us" at
the bottom of this page.
Q: What facilities does the Center have for training?
A: We are equipped with a new state-of-the-art Training Room with 10 networked
PC's with internet access via T1 connection.
Q: Can the Center conduct the training at my location?
A: Depending on the number of students, your available facilities, and
instructor availability, we will be glad to discuss on-site training needs with

Q: How many people will be in each class?
A: In most cases, we will utilize our on-site Training Room which supports 10
students. However, our affiliation with Penn State Erie, The Behrend College
gives us access to much larger rooms and facilities when necessary, including
video conferencing capabilities.
Q: Will I need to bring my own computer or laptop?
A: It's not necessary. Our Training Room has PC's.
Q: For all day classes, are there facilities for lunch?
A: Yes. Penn State Erie, The Behrend College Food Services are available to
provide lunch. The cost is very reasonable. Also, there are many restaurants
located within 2 miles of the Center.
