INSTRUCTIONS

This contest is open to all legal Pennsylvania-residents aged 18 years and older who are employed by Pennsylvania-based businesses at the time of entry.  To register for the contest, you must fill all required fields in the form. One entry per person.
One iPod winner will be selected via a random drawing on March 31, 2006. This winner will be notified by postal mail on April 17, 2006.   After notification, the prize winner must contact eBizITPA by phone during regular business hours (Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST) to claim their prize no later than June 12, 2006.  If prize is not claimed prior to 5:00 PM EST on June 12, 2006, an alternative winner will be selected.

HOW TO ENTER

This contest begins January 3, 2006 and ends March 31, 2006.
You can enter the contest via the Internet by going to http://www.ebizitpa.org/ITServices/Contest.aspx. Registrants must complete and submit the online entry form during the entry period. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries by a single person are void. Entries with invalid or incomplete information are void.

PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES:

(1) First Prize: one winner will receive an iPod® (ARV: $299). (12) Second Prizes: each winner will receive an eBizITPA note pad block. (ARV: $8.00 each) Limit one prize per entrant. Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as the prize.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Eligible entrants must enter via the Internet as described. Incomplete entries are void. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. Online entrant must be the registered subscriber of the e-mail account by which the entry is made. All entries become property of the sponsor. The Center for eBusiness and Advanced Information Technology and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, or any telephone network or service providers are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures or any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any Web site or online service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, postage due, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void.

ELIGIBILITY

United States law governs this contest. Contest not open to employees of the Center for eBusiness and Advanced Information Technology and/or eDynaQuote or their immediate family members. Contest not open to employees of any IT Service Locator sponsors and/or economic development agencies or their immediate family members.  This contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws of the United States. Void where prohibited. Winner agrees that the sponsor, its affilates and their agencies and employees shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this promotion or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any winner.  Winners must confirm their mailing address prior to awarding the prize.

DRAWING

Prize winners will be determined in random drawing from all eligible entries received by midnight on March 31, 2006. The winner will be notified by April 17, 2006.
