Instructor Profile

Ralph Gammon has been covering the evolving world of document management as a journalist since 1996. He has written several publications and currently serves as editor of the Document Imaging Report, a semi-monthly publication that keeps its readers up-to-date on all the latest trends in the business of converting paper processes to electronic ones. Ralph also works as a freelance consultant, editor, and speaker for various vendors and organizations in the document imaging industry. He has been working with eBizITPA since 2003.
